On February 25th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Sean Reardon, 58, of Ashville, for Felony Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Possession of Controlled Substances by Ultimate Users Original Container.

Fatal three-vehicle collision

UPDATE- On February 24, 2020 at approximately 4:10 P.M., Troopers and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) out of SP Fredonia responded to State Route 60 in the town of Pomfret, Chautauqua County for a three-vehicle collision.  Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2009 Hyundai was traveling northbound on State Route 60 and rear-ended a 2016 Kia who was stopped in the northbound lane waiting to turn left into a parking lot.  The 2016 Kia was pushed into the southbound lane and struck by a 2016 Volvo tractor-trailer traveling southbound.

On February 24, 2020, State Police in Wilton arrested 47-year-old Michelle Marlow of Glens Falls, for Larceny 2nd degree, a class C felony.
