On February 27, 2020, State Police in Wilton arrested 36-year-old Kevin A. Burton of Saratoga Springs, for Criminal Sex Act 1st degree- Victim less than Eleven (B felony), Sex Abuse 1st degree- Victim less than Eleven (D felony), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor).

Morris of Watervliet, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree (D felony), Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree (Misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument (A misdemeanor), Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs (misdemeanor), and Unlawful Possession of a Marihuana 2nd degree (violation).
