New York State Police made Numerous DWI arrests this past weekend
On Friday evening, January 10th, New York State Police arrested an operator of a vehicle, Shari Mosher, age 52 of Millport, with DWI, when her BAC was found to be .22%, more than twice the legal limit of .08%.
Saturday January 11th, New York State Police arrested the sole occupant of a vehicle, Daniel Burnside, age 48 of Corning, with DWI when his BAC was found to be .29%.
Also on Saturday, State Police arrested the driver of a vehicle, Henry Guevara, age 37 of New Jersey, with DWI when his BAC was found to be .24%.
Sunday January 12th, New York State Police arrested driver Timothy Alington, age 41 of Elmira for DWI when his BAC level was found to be .13%.
Also on Sunday January 12, New York State Police arrested the operator of a vehicle William Stanton, age 63 of Erin, for DWI when his BAC was found to be .13%.
All are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
