PRESS RELEASE

On January 22, 2019 at approximately 2:24 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Johnathan M. Calla, age 22 of Montrose, PA for the felony of Criminal Mischief in the third degree and the misdemeanor of Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. 

Troopers were originally dispatched to a reported domestic dispute on State Route 29 in the town of Conklin on January 5, 2020.  A victim accused Calla of kicking the victim’s car door then throwing rocks at it.  Calla is also accused of sending threatening text messages to the victim. 

Troopers caught up with Calla in the town of Kirkwood on January 22 and he was subsequently arrested.  Calla was processed then transported to Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing.
