Cortlandt, New York – On February 8, 2020, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks began investigating a large fight that occurred on Cardinal Road in the town of Cortlandt.

At approximately 8:57 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to the Hudson Valley Hospital for a report of multiple teenagers suffering from wounds consistent with a large fight.  One sixteen-year-old suffered stab wounds considered non-life-threatening.    The four additional known victims were also treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, it is believed there could be more than thirty teenagers involved in the incident.  State Police investigators are asking all the teenagers and their parents to come forward to speak to the State Police.  Please contact Investigator Aquile at (914) 769-2600.  Please refer to SJS# 9420074.
