Truck fire creates limited visibility on I-81 in Cortland County

At 7 a.m., the smoke from a truck fire is causing a traffic hazard on Interstate 81 in Cortland County.  It is limiting visibility in both direction on 81 at mile marker 42 (between Cortland/McGraw and Marathon exits).
