Dover, New York – On November 30, 2021, the New York State Police in Dover began investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash on State Route 22 in the town of Dover at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Fatal crash in Rhinebeck

Rhinebeck, New York – On November 27, 2021, the New York State Police in Rhinebeck began investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash on State Route 9G in the town of Rhinebeck.

Troopers arrest an individual for Felony DWI and other charges.

On November 26, 2021, at approximately 10:13 p.m., the State Police observed a vehicle traveling east bound on State Route 5 and 20 in an erratic manner in the town of Seneca.  The vehicle was then pulled over and the operator was identified as Elissa Plaza-Pierce.

Man from cheektowaga arrested for DWI

On November 26, 2021 at 7:51 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Ahmad J. Mcentire, 41 of Cheektowaga, NY for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

State Police are investigating a personal injury crash involving a patrol car and a box truck on I-87 in Westchester County.

Greenburgh, NY - On November 30, 2021, shortly before 6:00 a.m., a marked State Police car was struck by a box truck while it was parked on the southbound right shoulder of I-87.

Troopers arrested Daniel J. Waller (age 59) from Sylvan Beach, NY for damaging a vehicle with a chainsaw and threatening to kill the homeowner.

Underage Drinking Enforcement Detail finds Warren County businesses in compliance

On November 28, 2021 the New York State Police conducted an Underaged Drinking Enforcement Detail in Warren County. During the initiative 22 business were checked for compliance and none were found to be selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
