Teens Arrested for Burglary

In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 2nd, 2019, the New York State Police based out of the Thruway Albany Barracks arrested a pair of teens for burglarizing a Mobil Gas Station located at the Guilderland Service Area on the New York State Thruway near Exit 25 in the Town of Guilderland.  State Police Investigators say that the teens entered the Mobil Gas Station and gained access to an unauthorized area for customers.  The two stole several tobacco products before fleeing the scene and drove over to a nearby Cumberland Farms Gas Station in Guilderland where they committed similar offenses. The suspects were caught with the goods from both of their heists a short time after fleeing the Cumberland Farms by the Guilderland Police and Troopers based out of the Guilderland barracks during a traffic stop.  Both were charged with Burglary 3rd degree, a felony, and Conspiracy in the 5th degree.  They were arraigned in the Town of Guilderland Court where they were released to appear at a later date.
