State Police confirm that the deceased woman located today in Carpenter Falls was in fact Susan C. Mills, who was reported missing on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
The investigation is continuing.

State Police report that search teams have located a deceased female in the area of Carpenter Falls in the town of Niles.
State Police have not confirmed the identity of the person located, but will release the identity, after a positive identification is completed.

State Police is searching for 59-year-old Susan C. Mills, who was last seen at approximately noon on Monday, December 12, 2022, leaving her residence on Halfway Road in the town of Elbridge, Onondaga County.
Susan is described as being 5 foot 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair.
