Batavia, NY – Domestic Dispute complaint leads to Harassment and Marijuana charges
State Police based at SP Batavia  responded to a Genesee County Sheriff’s Office radio dispatch of a domestic incident in the Town of Pembroke. While enroute Troopers stop a young man walking down the center of Gabby Road, who stated that he had just had an argument with a female from the address the troopers were responding to.

Niagara, Traffic stop leaves a passenger with a Criminal Possession of A Weapon charge
During a vehicle and traffic stop a Trooper stationed at SP Niagara observed the front seat passenger was not wearing his safety belt. The Trooper noticed that while speaking to the passenger, identified as Guillermo M. Martinez, 35, of Niagara Falls, NY become nervous. As the conversation continued the Trooper took note of a collapsible baton in the glove box.
