On August 26, 2022, State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Wurtsboro (BCI) arrested Andrew Concors, age 62 from Middletown, New York for Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a felony.

An investigation by the New York State Police and The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office revealed that Concors, was the owner of Sports Nuts Inc, a boating and Marine and Shop in Rock Hill, NY.  Numerous complaints were made stating that people had attempted to purchase new boats from Concors, and he had taken their current boats for trade ins as well as a cash down payment. He never delivered the new boats as agreed upon and no longer had the money that was used to purchase the boats, he also did not return the boats that were used as trade ins. The missing boats were later recovered.

Concors was arraigned on three counts of Grand Larceny 3rd degree in the Village of Liberty Court and released on his own recognizance.
