On May 10th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Debra Ralph, 37, of Nova Scotia, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

The Troopers responded to Pete’s Place in Randolph for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that Ralph, in an intoxicated condition, drove a truck into the side of the building, causing minor injury to one of the patrons. Ralph was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. Geoffrey Blew, 32, of Kennedy, was placed under arrest by Cattaraugus County Sheriff Deputies for causing a disturbance at the accident scene, including using obscene language and urinating in the parking lot. Blew was charged with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. Blew was arraigned in the town of Cold Spring Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. Ralph was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .22. Ralph was then processed, arraigned in the town of Cold Spring Court and released on her own recognizance. Ralph is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
