On July 18, 2021, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Lindsey N. Schlager, 21, of Akron, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol.

Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident into an unoccupied vehicle on Tonawanda Creek, town of Clarence.  During the interview with operator Schlager, she was exhibiting signs of intoxication.  Troopers determined Schlager had been operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition.  Schlager failed standardized field sobriety tests.  She was arrested and transported to SP Clarence, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.06% BAC.

Schlager was released with appearance tickets for Clarence town court on a later date.
