On March 4, 2020, State Police in Clifton Park arrested 58-year-old Terrence A. Boston of Albany, for two counts of Attempted Grand Larceny 4th degree (E felony), Grand Larceny 4th degree (E felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (E felony), Identity Theft 2nd degree (E felony), four counts of Identity Theft 3rd degree (A misdemeanor), and two counts of Petit Larceny.

 

Boston is accused of stealing the victim’s wallet out of her purse as she shopped at a local Walmart. He then used the victim’s debit card, which had been in her wallet, to purchase almost $2,000 worth of electronics.

 

Boston was located and taken into custody. He was processed at SP Clifton Park and transported to Saratoga County Jail to await arraignment. He is due back in Halfmoon Town Court on April 1, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.
