Albany woman arrested for DWI after getting flat tire on the Thruway.

Bethlehem, NY – On August 28, 2022, at approximately 6:20 a.m., State Police located a disabled vehicle with a flat tire on the shoulder of I-87 in the town of Bethlehem.  During the course of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Cassandra A. Jones, of Albany, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  She was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .18%.  She was charged with the Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor. 

Jones was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bethlehem Court on September 20, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
