Amherst woman arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit.

West Seneca, NY – On April 3, 2021, at approximately 9:50 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of West Seneca for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Quanisha J. Garner, 24, of Amherst, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  She was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%. 

Garner was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of West Seneca Court on April 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
