On March 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Paul J. Biellak., 39, of Angola, NY, for felony Driving While Intoxicated-Previous Conviction Within Ten Years. 

Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on Southwestern Blvd, in the town of West Seneca.  During the interview with operator Biellak, he was exhibiting signs of impairment.  Troopers determined Biellak had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.  Biellak had failed standardized field sobriety tests.  He was arrested and processed at SP Elma, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.18% BAC.  Biellak was released with appearance tickets for the town of West Seneca court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
