Greenburgh, NY – On July 17, 2020, at approximately 12:40 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Hillside Ave in the town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation.  Investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Carlos M. Gutierrez Morocho, 40, of Annesville, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22%.  He was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.

 

Morocho was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on August 11, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
