On March 7, 2020, State Police in Brunswick arrested 59-year-old Scott A. Marlow of Argyle, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (C felony) and Menacing 2nd degree (A misdemeanor).

State Police responded to a report of a menacing in Schaghticoke shortly before 10:00 p.m. on Friday, after an involved party contacted 911. It is alleged that Marlow stopped his vehicle in front of the victim’s as they both travelled down State Route 40, he then approached their vehicle, and pointed a handgun at them. The victim fled the scene in their vehicle and contacted police.

Marlow was located a short time later in the Town of Argyle and a handgun was recovered from inside his vehicle.

Marlow was taken into custody and processed at SP Brunswick. He was arraigned in Schaghticoke Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on April 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
