New York State Police at Homer have made arrests in a case where a victim reported a rape that occurred at a residence in the town of Homer in July 2020.  The investigation also revealed that the men provided an alcoholic beverage to the victim who is less than twenty-one years of age.

On October 8, 2020, Drew L. Stafford, age 22 of Homer, NY was arrested the felonies of Rape in the first degree, Sexual Abuse in the first degree and the misdemeanor of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the first degree.  Stafford responded to the barracks at Homer October 8 and was processed then arraigned virtually.  He was released and ordered to report to Alternatives to Incarceration.  His next court date was scheduled for November 24, 202 in the town of Homer court. 

On October 8, 2020, Brandon Alyesworth, age 21 of Homer, NY was arrested for the misdemeanor of Unlawfully Dealing with Child in the first degree.  Alyesworth responded to the barracks at Homer and was processed and issued an appearance ticket to the town of Homer court for October 20, 2020. 

On October 13, 2020 New York State Police at Homer arrested Andrew S. McMasters, age 23 of Tully, NY for the misdemeanor of Unlawfully Dealing with Child in the first degree.  McMasters responded to the barracks at Homer and was processed and issued an appearance ticket to the town of Homer court for November 17, 2020.
