Man Arrested with Two Pounds of Marihuana on Thruway

On May 1, 2012, at approximately 3:45 PM, the New York State Police, SP Albany, stopped a vehicle on the New York State Thruway in the Town of Bethlehem for tinted windows.  The driver Cresan L. Calder, 40, of Albany, NY, had over two pounds of marihuana in the trunk of his vehicle.  Cresan was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd Degree.   He was arraigned in the Town of Belthlehem Court and remanded to Albany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
