Middletown, NY - December 29, 2012
 
          On December 27, 2012, the New York State Police in Middletown were called to a hotel in the Town of Wallkill after receiving a report that a loaded .45 caliber pistol was found in a room vacated by a guest.  Investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation led to the arrest of MICHAEL D. WEBB, age 25, of Jacksonville, NC the following day.  WEBB was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree, a Class C felony.  WEBB was arraigned in Town of Wallkill Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $75,000 secured bond.
