An EMS call to a Chatham mobile home park ended in a hospital stay and a trip to court. The Columbia County 911 Center dispatched a call for an unresponsive male in a community on State Route 295, prompting a Chatham Rescue Squad and State Police response. While treating the patient, a resident of the home was discovered with packaging and paraphernalia, containing heroin, two hypodermic needles, packaging and two glass pipes, containing crack cocaine and a glass pipe, containing marihuana. Degree, Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Russ will answer his charges in the Chatham Town Court on January 23rd
