State Police in Watertown arrest woman for several felonies.
(Watertonw, NY - March 26, 2013) -
The State Police in Watertown arrested Rebecca S. Keegan 04/23/85 15952 CR-91 Pierrepont Manor, NY 13674 for 2 counts of Forgery 2nd, 1 count of ID Theft 1st, 1 count of Grand Larceny 3rd Class D Felonies, 1 count Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Class E Felony, and 1 count of Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor). This arrest stems from a course of conduct from 07/01/12 thru 09/01/12 in which the defendant forged the signature of Beverly A. Wilson (victim requests address not be added to this press release) on both Wilson's personal checks and off of her stolen credit card. During this course of conduct the defendant spent approximately $3653.97 at area businesses without the permission of Wilson (Keegans Grandmother). Keegan is currently housed in the Oswego County jail on separate charges. Defendant was arraigned before T/Adams T/J Donald Shaw and remanded back to the Oswego County PSB ILO $5000 bail, pending Grand Jury action. Case agent Inv Randy S.
