New York State Police arrest Wurtsboro man for public lewdness.

Wurtsboro, NY - March 26, 2013
The NEW YORK STATE POLICE at Wurtsboro, N. Y. announce the arrest of Michael Marone, 35 years of age, of Ogorman Rd., Wurtsboro, N. Y. on March 26, 2013, for two counts of Public Lewdness (B misdemeanor) and two counts of Exposure of a Person (Violation).
On March 10, 2013 and March 20, 2013, Marone pulled his stopped his vehicle on the side of Pennsylvania Rd., and Canal St., in the Village of Wurtsboro, Town of Mamakating, Sullivan County, N. Y. While still inside of his vehicle, on the two separate occasions Marone summoned females who were walking along the road and asked for directions. As the females approached the vehicle, they observed Marone’s committing a lewd act.
On March 26, 2013 Marone was taken into custody and charged as above. He was released on his own recognizance, and is due to reappear in the Town of Mamakating Court at a later date.
This investigation is ongoing. Marone’s vehicle is described as a 1994 Toyota Turcell, color green, four door sedan with New York registration. Marone traveled from Wurtsboro, N.
