Investigation leads to prostitution arrest

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) in Queensbury arrested Foster M. Bills age 22 of Stony Creek, NY for the Class B-Misdemeanor of Prostitution after the investigation revealed that Bills was soliciting sexual encounters at his place of employment.
On April 23, 2013 the State Police in Queensbury were contacted by the management of Wal Mart located on Quaker Rd in the Town of Queensbury after they received an anonymous complaint of a male subject performing sexual acts in a secluded location within that establishment. Bills was arrested at Wal Mart after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover State Police Investigator.
Bills was processed at the State Police barracks and was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Queensbury court on April 29 at 9:00 AM. (no photo available)
