Assault in Clifton Park

On Tuesday, July 2, 2013, State Police from the Clifton Park Barracks responded to a report of an assault that had occurred at 35 Vischer Ferry Road in the Town of Clifton Park. Upon arrival Trooper D. Palmer interviewed the victim, who related his former brother-in-law, GEORGE GRAY, 44, of Rexford, New York, had punched him numerous times in the head.  The victim displayed multiple facial injuries supporting his claim of assault.  Clifton Park Emergency Medical Services arrived shortly there-after to evaluate the victim.  The victim was subsequently transported by ambulance to Ellis Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.  Trooper A. Luskin located GRAY a short time later and arrested him for Assault 3rd.  Gray was processed and released from the Clifton Park Barracks and is scheduled to appear before the Clifton Park Justice Court on July 17th at 7:00 pm.
