On November 7, 2013 at approximately 3:46 PM, Troopers from the SP Middletown station arrested PAUL A. VISCARDO, age 32, of Middletown, New York as a fugitive from the State of Florida following a traffic stop on State Route 211 in the Town of Wallkill. VISCARDO was stopped for a traffic violation, when troopers checked VISCARDO’s license and learned he was wanted by the Broward County Sheriff’s Department in Florida on a probation warrant for violating the terms of his probation stemming from a past larceny conviction.
