Frankenstein arrested for drug possession after traffic stop in the City of Buffalo by Clarence Troopers

On January 21st at about 3:00 PM Clarence Troopers working with the Buffalo Strike Force Detail stopped a red Dodge Ram pickup truck on Porter Ave for inadequate brake lights. The operator identified as Adam G. Frankenstein age 48, of Mariner St in Buffalo was found to have three active suspensions on his N.Y. drivers license. While inventorying the vehicle prior to it being towed a small plastic bag of marihuana and a pill bottle with Larazepam were found in the vehicle.
Mr. Frankenstein was placed under arrest for Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with intent to sell 3rd a B felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance 7th an A misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana a violation, Possession of a Controlled Substance Not in the Original container a Public Health Law violation and several traffic tickets. The Troopers also seized $610 in U.S. currency. Mr. Frankenstien was transported to Buffalo PD lockup and was held pending a morning arraignment.
