PRESS RELEASE


Brunswick - On March 6th, 2014 the New York State Police in Brunswick arrested Justin Allard, 28, of Troy for Grand Larceny 4th.  Allard entered the Walmart on Hoosick Rd and was observed by security to steal merchandise.  Once troopers were on scene the investigation revealed that Allard had taken $1,162.33 worth of Legos and Magic: The Gathering playing cards.  Allard was taken to the Brunswick barracks and charged with Grand Larceny 4th.  He was arraigned before the Brunswick town justice and remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail on $1000 cash/$5000 bond.
