State Police in Brunswick arrested John  V. Reinhart, 34 years of age, from Troy, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree,  and other traffic infractions.  Troopers observed Reinhart driving a vehicle on Pawling Avenue with a shower of sparks coming from the front end. Troopers saw that the car was riding on just the wheel rim.  Reinhart was stopped and Troopers detected alcohol on his breathe. He failed field processing and was transported to the Brunswick barracks for processing. His blood alcohol content was found to be .19%.  A check with DMV revealed Reinhart's driver's license was suspended. He was arraigned and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail.
