A man with many Albany addresses was arrested on a warrant in Colonie Saturday afternoon.

Michael Malone, 61, was originally arrested in July, 2013 for trespassing in the concourse of the Empire State Plaza.  At that time, troopers from SP Capital issued Malone an appearance ticket for a court date in the Albany City Court.  When Malone failed to make his scheduled appearance, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Saturday, a Colonie Police Department patrol located Malone, arrested him on the warrant and turned him over to State Police.  Troopers arraigned Malone in the Albany City Court.  Malone was sent to the Albany County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.  He was scheduled to return to court on July 30th.
