Narcotics investigation leads to arrest of four Greene County residents

State Police at Catskill along with the Cairo Police Department, Greene County District Attorney’s Office and the Greene County Sheriffs Office executed a search warrant on a Main Street Cairo apartment on Saturday 8/23/14.  The search warrant, signed by Town of Cairo Justice Leland Miller, was the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation in the Town Cairo. As the result of a vehicle stop and the search warrant, 652 bags of Heroin, approximately 20 grams of Crack Cocaine and 7,062 dollars in US cash was seized.  Arrested as a result of the investigation:
 
David Roberts, age 51, from Cairo, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class  B Felony,    2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument,  Class A Misdemeanors
 
Russell Felter, age 25, from Cobleskill, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony,   2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument,  Class A Misdemeanors
 
Natasha Boler, age 52, from Cairo, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance in the Third Degree a Class B Felony
 
Kevin Boler, age 35, from Cairo, NY was charged with  Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor  and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
 
All subjects were arraigned before Cairo Town Justice Leland Miller and were remanded to the Greene County Jail pending further court appearances.
