Gabriels man arrested following domestic dispute

On August 28, 2014, at approximately 8 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 34 County Route 60, Lot 4 in Gabriels.
33-year-old Jonathan D. Michael shoved a 34-year-old female victim at that address during an altercation, violating an active order of protection. Troopers also determined that a 10-year-old female was present at the time of the altercation.
Michael was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd Degree.
Michael was arraigned in the Town of Harrietstown Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Brighton Court on September 3, 2014, at 7 p.m.
