SP Clarence – Clarence teenagers arrested for damaging mailboxes

In the early morning hours of December 17, 2016 a caller reported seeing several individuals yelling in the road on Clarence Center Rd, Clarence. Troopers responded and found 17 damaged or destroyed mailboxes. Fresh footprints in the snow led the Troopers to a Beech Meadows Ct home. Information was developed at the home and the investigation continued. Over the past month Four local teenagers were identified and after several interviews, admissions were made. All four were subsequently charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and released with appearance tickets for the Town of Clarence Court.
