Arrests made for Unalwful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in Town of Cortlandville

On February 17th, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, Special Operations Response Team, Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team, Troop “C” Uniform Force and Cortland County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at Lot 14, 15 Kingsley Ave in the Town of Cortlandville, Cortland County following an investigation in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
As a result of the search warrant the following items were seized. Eight spent one pot methamphetamine labs, filters, funnels, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, a coffee grinder with ephedrine residue, lithium strips and lab equipment.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Glen L. Brenchley III, age 43 and Alyce M. Sivers, age 30, both of Lot 14, 15 Kingsley Ave, Cortland, New York. Both defendants were charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the Third Degree a Class D Felony, and Unlawful Disposal of Methamphetamine Lab Materials as Class E Felony. They were arraigned before the Town of Cortlandville Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on bail.
The New York State Police CCSERT removed the hazardous materials from the residence for disposal.
