SP Jamestown - Kennedy resident arrested for DWI

On March 22nd, 2017, the New York State Police arrested Terence Sweeney, 29, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Sweeney was pulled over on Route 394 in Kennedy for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Sweeney was placed under arrest. Sweeney was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .09. Sweeney was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court and released. Sweeney is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court next month to answer the charge.
