Erratic Operator Complaint Leads to DWI Arrest

On April 2nd at approximately 8:45 p.m., the New York State Police were dispatched to an erratic operator complaint traveling westbound on I-490 in the city of Rochester. The vehicle was observed as it merged onto the I-390 north ramp at an excessive speed, as well as swerving between lanes. During the traffic stop, the operator, Christina Bacon, 48, of Rochester, displayed several signs of intoxication and was arrested after failing several field sobriety tests roadside. Ms. Bacon was found to be operating with a .17% blood alcohol content and is to appear in the Town of Gates Court on April 11th to answer charges.
