Underage Alcohol Sale Arrests Made In Suffolk County

     On Monday, July 10th, 2017, the New York State Police in Brentwood conducted an Underage Drinking Enforcement Operation in the Town of Brookhaven. During the operation, two retail establishments were cited for selling alcoholic beverages to an undercover State Police operative.

     Arrested and charged with Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the First Degree and Prohibited Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage were:

  1. Wei Jin, 26, of Syosset, NY, a clerk at Farmingville Liquor Corp. on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville.
  2. Robert Curiale, 19, of Farmingville, NY, a clerk at 7-Eleven on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville.

Also checked and found to be in compliance were:

1) Mobil Gas on Portion Rd. in Farmingville.
2) Farmingville Wines & Liquors on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville.
3) Corner Wines & Liquors on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville.
4) BP Mart on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville.
5) 7-Eleven at 2810 Rte. 112 in Medford.
6) Pope Liquors on Rte. 112 in Medford.
7) 7-Eleven at 2725 Rte. 112 in Medford.
8) 112 Liquor Corp. on Rte. 112 in Medford.
9) U.S. Food Mart on Rte. 112 in Medford.
