State Police in Brunswick arrested 47 year old Todd A. Rowley of Poestenkill for Petit Larceny on Tuesday. A Trooper responded to the Ace Hardware on Hoosick Street in Brunswick for a report of an employee stealing merchandise. A store employee was reviewing surveillance tapes and he observed Rowley take two new power drills from their boxes and leave the store without paying them. He placed them in his vehicle and drove away.  The drills are worth over $ 250.00.  The Trooper contacted Rowley and he returned to the store with the drills. He was taken into custody and transported to the Brunswick barracks for processing. Rowley was released with an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Brunswick Court.
