Dunkirk residents charged with Felony drug possession

On January 25th, 2018, SP Jamestown Troopers arrested Jordan Kujawa, 25, and Dylan Anzalone-Rosario, 24, both of Dunkirk, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Kujawa was pulled over on County Route 380 in Falconer for a traffic violation and while speaking to Kujawa, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. After searching the vehicle and occupants the following contraband was located: a container with ecstacy capsules weighing over eight grams, a bag containing .68 grams of ecstacy capsules and a bag containing marijuana. Kujawa and Anzalone-Rosario were placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Kujawa and Aznalonne-Rosario were then arraigned in the town of Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
