Domestic dispute in Bangor results in arrest

On January 25, 2018, at approximately 10:40 a.m., State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on Wagner Road in the town of Bangor.
An investigation at the scene revealed that 21-year-old William R. Gero Jr. of Bangor destroyed property belonging to the 43-year-old female victim at that address. The victim later received a threatening text message from Gero.
Gero was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Mischief 4th degree (misdemeanor) and one count of Aggravated Harassment 2nd degree (misdemeanor). He was arraigned at Malone Town Court where he was released under the supervision of probation. Gero is to reappear in Bangor Town Court on March 13, 2018, at 1 p.m.
