PRESS RELEASE

On January 27th, 2018, the New York State Police arrested Dylan Brown, 19, of Randolph, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th Degree. 

Brown was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on Emory Hill Road in Frewsburg and after failing several SFSTs, Brown was placed under arrest.  Brown was additionally charged with CPM 5th Degree when a backpack containing over 30 grams of marijuana was located in his vehicle and a marijuana cigarette was located in his pocket.  Brown was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert, processed and released with appearance tickets returnable to the town of Carroll Court.  Brown is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court next month to answer the charges.
