Jamestown resident charged with Aggravated DWI, Marijuana Possession

On January 31st, 2018, the New York State Police arrested Michelle Hilton, 50, of Jamestown, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The Troopers responded to a complaint of an erratically driving vehicle which was subsequently located and pulled over on State Route 430 in Greenhurst. Hilton was arrested after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .21. Hilton was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana as a pipe was located in Hilton’s coat and canister containing marijuana were located inside Hilton’s vehicle. Hilton was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Ellery Court and released. Hilton is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court on a later date to answer the charges.
