Lansing man arrested with concentrated cannabis after traffic stop

(Freeville, NY – February 15, 2018) On February 13, 2018, at about 4:23 p.m., New York State Police at Homer arrested Daniel P. LeMarco, age 20, from Lansing, NY for two counts of the misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and other traffic violations.  

This arrest occurred after a traffic stop when a vehicle was observed speeding on Railroad St., in the village of Freeville.  Once stopped and odor of marijuana was detected inside the vehicle and a search was conducted.  LeMarco was found to unlawfully possessed two glass smoking devices with concentrated cannabis on them. Also, he was found to unlawfully possess a vile with concentrated cannabis oil in it.  

LeMarco was issued tickets that were returnable to the Freeville Village Court on March 7, 2018.
