On February 26th, 2018, New York State Police Investigators based in Latham arrested K-Shawn Bankhead, age 40, of Schenectady for multiple felonies.

Investigators allege that back in February, 2015, Bankhead used a fraudulent credit card to make several purchases at area jewelry stores, among other retailers.  Bankhead's credit card purchases totaled close to $3,000 before it was discovered by the unsuspecting owner of the credit card.
