Two Arrested in Geneseo for Drug Possession

On 04/06/2018, State Police from SP Geneseo stopped a Pontiac Grand Prix on I-390, town of Geneseo, for not displaying a valid inspection certificate. The operator was identified as Kolby M. Zeh, age 26, of Woodhull. Zeh was found to be operating in violation of his conditional license due to not having an ignition interlock device. He was also in possession of a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue and a plastic vial containing methamphetamine. A passenger, Joshua E. Smith, age 29, of Hornell, was found to be in possession of a glass pipe containing marihuana residue and a plastic baggie containing marihuana. Zeh was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, using a vehicle without an ignition interlock, and traffic infractions. Smith was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Zeh and Smith are scheduled to appear before the Geneseo Town Court on 04/25/2018 at 4:00 p.m.
