Fairport man gets arrested for felony DWI.

On April 7, 2018, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Andre M. Dunmore, 28, of Fairport, New York for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right on a two lane road and failure to notify DMV of a change of address.
Dunmore was stopped on State Route 31 in the Town of Macedon for failing to keep right in lane. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Dunmore was transported to SP Walworth where he provided a breath sample of .10% BAC. Dunmore was arraigned in the Town of Macedon and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cach/$5,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear on April 24, 2018.
