Three arrested for fighting at Dunkin Donuts

(Oneonta, NY – April 10, 2018) – On April 9, 2018 New York State Police at Oneonta arrested three people after they were dispatched to a fight at Dunkin’ Donuts on Chestnut St., in the town of Oneonta.
Troopers learned that a 16-year-old teen was not happy with her coffee order while she was in the drive thru. Troopers were told she then entered the store hit an employee and broke items. Another customer took a picture of the vehicle’s license plate and was then struck by the 16-year-old and 17-year-old female. The females were charged with the violations of Disorderly Conduct and Harassment in the 2nd degree. A 19-year-old male who is identified as Sean D. Gunther of Oneonta, NY was also arrested for the violation of Disorderly Conduct and the misdemeanor of Resisting Arrest.
All three suspects were arraigned in the town of Oneonta Court. The 16-year-old was released on her own recognizance. The 17-year-old and Gunther were remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. They are all scheduled to reappear in the town of Oneonta Court on May 3, 2018.
