Jamestown man arrested following Burglary investigation

On April 10th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Tommy Hale, 25, of Jamestown, for Burglary 2nd Degree.
The Troopers received a complaint of a rifle stolen from a residence in Stockton. Investigation revealed that Hale removed the rifle from the residence and sold it to a third party. The rifle was ultimately recovered and Hale was arrested. Hale was processed at SP Jamestown, arraigned in the town of Stockton Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
