12 April 2018 DWAI-Drugs arrest in Jamestown ![]() NEW YORK STATE POLICE
Major Edward J. Kennedy Troop A Commander PRESS RELEASE
On April 11th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Travis Terry, 26, of Conewango Valley, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Terry was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown for a traffic violation and during the traffic stop, Terry was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine and in possession of a pipe containing methamphetamine residue. Terry was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert. Terry was then processed, issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
