Albany man arrested for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd

PRESS RELEASE

On April 11, 2018, the New York State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigation SP Princetown arrested Omar K. White, age 41 of Albany, NY for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree.

On March 31, 2018 SP Princetown BCI members received a report of a fraudulent check cashed in June, 2017 for approximately nine hundred dollars at a Price Chopper grocery store in Schenectady, NY.  During the investigation WHITE was discovered as the suspect who cashed the check.  WHITE was subsequently located in Albany, NY and arrested for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree (D-Felony).

WHITE was arraigned in the Town of Rotterdam court and remanded to Schenectady County Jail with no bail set.
